Our Mission
ARIS Solutions is a Vermont based non-profit corporation formed in 1996. ARIS Solutions was created as an alternative to the otherwise expensive administrative models that were typical of the organizations providing services and supports to people with disabilities in the state of Vermont. Two small non-profit organizations, Lincoln Street, Inc. and Upper Valley Services, Inc., closed their respective business offices in favor of creating a combined administrative services organization that was capable of supporting the administrative needs of both corporations. Through the creation of ARIS Solutions, the member organizations were made more financially stable through efficiencies. ARIS Solutions quickly realized that it had the ability to broaden the services it had available to better support other non-profit organizations.
At present, ARIS Solutions provides administrative, financial and payroll services to Upper Valley Services, Inc., and Lincoln Street Inc. (founding members) as well as, Sterling Area Services, Champlain Community Services, Families First, Green Mountain Self Advocates, The Global Campuses Foundation, and Special Needs Support Center.
As a Vermont based non-profit organization, ARIS Solutions is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of a majority of consumers and their family members of Lincoln Street Inc. and Upper Valley Services. The board and staff are deeply committed the mission of ARIS Solutions.
